The Smith & Wesson M&P15 Sport II OR is a gas-operated semi-automatic rifle chambered in 5.56 NATO and configured as an optics-ready package with a factory Crimson Trace CTS-103 red/green dot sight. It features a 16 inch 4140 steel barrel with Armornite finish and 1-in-9 twist, a 7075 T6 aluminum receiver set with dust cover and forward assist, and a 30+1 capacity. The 6-position collapsible stock and polymer grip keep the rifle lightweight and adjustable at approximately 6.5 pounds.
The Crimson Trace CTS-103 offers a selectable 4 MOA red or green dot with adjustable intensity and includes a removable riser for optimal height. Additional package items include a Real Avid Gun Tool Pro multi-tool and a Smith & Wesson rifle carrying bag for transport and maintenance. One 30-round magazine is supplied for immediate use.
This rifle is well suited for home protection, recreational shooting, and range training where a complete optic-equipped AR platform with accessories is preferred.
